These squirrel tails are a very flexible foam cast around a small gauge wire. Compare the artificial tail to the real tail and resize as needed, clean and prep in your usual way. You can sew the tail skin around the artificial tail, or sew the tail up and insert the artificial tail into the sewn tail skin.
