RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of shipping date for exchange, full merchandise refund, or credit. Return MUST have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Simply give us a call for instructions. Insurance is recommended on returns. We can not accept returns damaged in transit.

 

We DO NOT accept returns on any forms if they have been ALTERED in any way. Altered means any changes in the surface, structure or detail of the form. This includes but is not limited to: sanding, ruffing, nailing, drilling, rasping, cutting the wire or rod, sawing or bonding cut forms. Customer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring the returned items to ensure safe arrival.

 

If your package arrives damaged please give us a call at (800) 465-4577 within 2 business days. Please save the origional box and damaged goods, including all packing material. Items will be replaced and a damage claim filed. Items may be picked up by the carrier.

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
